Hy-Tech Property Services, Inc. started by sweeping parking lots in 1984 with a slide-in sweeper on the back of a pickup truck. The next year we bought our first real sweeper, a Schwarze 343D. 28 years later Hy-Tech is still relying on Schwarze’s experience, expertise, and technology to grow our business, which now has a fleet of over 50 trucks across multiple divisions in three geographic areas.

Down time for service companies such as Hy-Tech is unacceptable to us and especially to our customers. Our experience with Schwarze sweepers is that if they are routinely and properly maintained, breakdowns are not an issue or consideration. The parts department has always been and continues to be responsive and extremely helpful. Though we are in Virginia and the parts come from Alabama, we can depend on getting what we need when we need it. It’s the right part the first time without any diagnostic guessing games.
